Philly Pale's vibrant floral and citrus aroma and soft malt character complement lighter fare including salads with citrus-based vinaigrettes, cured or poached salmon, and fresh, sliced Jersey tomatoes. But it is equally as good with a hot dog and peanuts at the ballpark.
